Kielbasa Boats

K, so this isn't really a recipe, I'm just giving you guys ideas for a pretty good and easy meal. You can also make this with hot dogs if you're worried the kids won't like the sausage.

1 kielbasa sausage, cut into fourths (it's packaged in a horseshoe shape)
1 cup mashed potatoes
Shredded Cheese

You cut the kielbasa sasauge into four sections, and then cut each section in half. Place both halves together on top of a baking dish with the flat side facing up. Scoop on mashed potatoes to make a little pile. Top with grated cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. I usually just serve these with a Rice-a-roni or some other side and a vegetable. Way yummy and oh so easy!

I am for sure trying this when I get home! Is the kilbasa spicy? Or are there different kinds? I love the pic you have of the boys they are so adorable!

Thanks guys! There are different kinds of the sausage; but it's kind of like the spicy hot dogs only a little bigger. But if the kids are not going to like the spicy, you can use regular hot dogs.
